Mirror Replacement System On-Road R46
Our digital mirror replacement system for the on-Road use is homologated in accordance with the UN ECE R46 Part 1 regulations. It can replace your vehicle mirrors when the installation is in accordance with the regulations. .
The Mirror replacement system R46 is a stand-alone System based on high resolution HDR-Analog Cameras.
It increases the cost-effectiveness of vehicles thanks to advantages over conventional mirror systems:
- Optimised aerodynamics
- Reduced contamination
- No vibration of the mirror glass
- Smaller surface area exposed to objects at the edge of the road (e.g. branches, signs, etc.)
- Improved visibility of monitors compared to mirrors

Homologation
The Homogogation is possible when the cameras and monitors are installed in acrodance with the regulation.
High-brightness display
The modern IPS display with 1000 cd / m2 makes it possible to optimally perceive the displayed image even in direct sunlight. A sensor adjusts the brightness to the ambient light. The large viewing angle ensures good visibility from all viewing directions.
HD Cameras
The AHD Mirror Cams deliver a razor-sharp image in an HD resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels. The user can thus optimally perceive the environment and maneuver safely. The analog transmission technology guarantees a low-latency and brilliant presentation of the video content.
HDR Cameras
Through the HDR Function of the high-resolution cameras, objects can be perceived in detail simultaneously in the shadow areas and the bright areas. Even with backlight, an excellent image is shown.
